Job Description

Location: Binh Dinh

Job Description

·      Assist in strategic execution and operational management

o  Participate in the formulation of the annual business plan and break down strategic goals for implementation;

o  Track KPI completion status and prepare business analysis reports;

·      Production operation support

o  Gain in-depth understanding of production processes in the workshop;

o  Assist in optimizing production planning and scheduling management;

o  Collect production anomalies and promote problem resolution;

·      Meeting and document management

o  Organize major meetings such as monthly business analysis meetings and production coordination meetings;

o  Draft important management systems, speeches, and business documents;

o  Establish and improve the factory management document system; Supervise the progress of key projects and coordinate cross-departmental resources;

·      Special project promotion

o  Lead the execution of major company-level projects;

o  Coordinate significant matters such as the launch of new production lines and equipment upgrades;

·      Cross-departmental collaboration

o  Promote the execution status of important projects across departments;

o  Identify business barriers and gray areas;

o  Continuously evolve business processes;

Required qualifications

  • Education Background: College degree or above, major is not limited, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors are preferred.

Required working experience

  • Those with certain clerk or assistant work experience are preferred, and outstanding fresh graduates are also acceptable.

Required Languages:

·      Language: Fluent English communication skills are mandatory (usable as a working language), capable of participating in international meetings, preparing English reports, and collaborating daily with overseas teams.

Required knowledge and skills

  • Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Have good word processing ability and document management ability.
  • Have English reading and writing ability to handle English emails and documents.
  • Be able to speak Chinese / English

·      Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively communicate and cooperate with personnel from different departments.

·      Be conscientious and responsible, careful and thoughtful, and have strong sense of responsibility and execution.

·      Have good time management ability and organization and coordination ability to efficiently complete various tasks.

·      Have strong learning ability and adaptability to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
