Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager in daily activities.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, business trips, and prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the General Manager in project management, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely project execution.
Assist in business case development, market research, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in and coordinate market development and communications projects as assigned.
Monitor the implementation of tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by the General Manager to departments.
Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal departments or external partners.
Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
At least 23 years of experience in executive assistant, project coordination, or similar roles.
Experience in project management and business analysis is an advantage.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professional attitude, high level of discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
