Job Description
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager in daily activities.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, business trips, and prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the General Manager in project management, including planning, tracking progress, and coordinating with departments to ensure timely project execution.
  • Assist in business case development, market research, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in and coordinate market development and communications projects as assigned.
  • Monitor the implementation of tasks and strategic initiatives assigned by the General Manager to departments.
  • Facilitate communication between the General Manager and internal departments or external partners.
  • Take meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • At least 23 years of experience in executive assistant, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • Experience in project management and business analysis is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional attitude, high level of discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
