A. Job purpose:
- Provide excellent assistance to Finance Director/ Manager in his daily business activities to ensure its smoothness and efficiency.
B. Accountabilities:
1. Working assistant
- Liaise with Director/ Manager upon approval on all matters and activities in connection therewith.
- Be responsible for the preparation of the agenda, meeting minutes, presentation for Director/ Manager to attend meetings and others as assigned.
- Assist Director in all coordination work pertaining to all direct reporters under his supervision.
- Assist Director in planning and implementing strategies.
- Ensure project and/or task schedules and objectives are met by respective functions.
- Liaise with headquarter/ regional offices regarding corporate issues and provide periodical reports as required by Director.
2. Administration assistant
- Manage the Director/ Manager's schedule including meeting arrangement, calendar maintenance and coordination of support functions.
- Arrange Director/ Manager's business travel including but not limited to air-ticket booking, accommodation reservation, agenda organization, documentation preparation.
3. Others
- Handle all other duties as and when delegated by Director.
- Occasionally, travel with Director to provide general assistance.
C. Results:
- Ensure smoothness and efficiency for daily business activities of Director/ Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
Experiences:
- 0 - 3 years of working experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role, preferably working at multi-national companies.
Competencies:
- Having knowledge of accounting activities, accounting policy, accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail, honest, responsible.
Languages:
- Proficiency in English is a must
