Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Provide Korean interpretation and translation for meetings, emails, and documents.
  • Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, taking minutes, and coordinating business trips.
  • Manage and organize paperwork, documents, and records systematically.
  • Prepare and maintain reports as assigned
  • Perform other adhoc duties assigned by line manager.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Korean Language Studies or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Korean interpreter and/or administrative assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • High proficiency in Korean, with the ability to interpret and translate accurately in various business settings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams and Korean counterparts.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic, responsible, and honest, with a professional working attitude and a strong sense of confidentiality.
