JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collect, consolidate, process, and visualize data from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to support business decision-making.
- Design and manage performance dashboards (KPIs) using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to understand business requirements and translate them into specific data needs.
- Communicate with clients, keep connection with clients to get new contracts/agreements.
- Support to make quotations to the clients as required.
- Following up with the Accounting Dept. to keep track of the monthly invoices to clients: issue invoices, make payment documents, and contact clients following payment status.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers and the project team on behalf of BOD (if needed)
- Report daily/weekly progress with the BOD.
- Do other tasks assigned by the BOD.
Requirements
WHAT WE NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- At least 23 years of experience in roles such as Business Development, Deal/Investment, Strategy, Data, Sales, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in deal-making, fundraising, working with investors, or strategic partners.
- Background or working experience in finance, fintech, technology, or startup environments
- Strong analytical mindset with data literacy; experience with Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or Looker Studio is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English are required.
