Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Resort Manager located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Assistant Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Tasks include ensuring smooth property operations, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing budgets, and assisting in staff recruitment and training. The role requires collaboration with different departments to maintain a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Property Management and a solid understanding of operational processes in a hospitality setting
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to ensure operational efficiency
• Experience in Hiring and developing a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly in hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
