Job Description

I. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in handling corporate clients, including onboarding, transactions, and daily administrative matters
  • Assist in preparing and negotiating facility documents, coordinating internal approvals, and maintaining timely communication with clients
  • Provide support in credit-related activities such as credit applications, financial analysis, rating processes, and documentation control
  • Join client meetings, marketing activities, and support project execution when required
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Department Head

II. Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with strong exposure to corporate credit analysis
  • Prior experience as an ARM in international banks is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or related fields
  • Good understanding of banking products, credit processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong coordination skills with clients and internal stakeholders (product, risk, and other teams)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively
  • Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
  • Fluent in English
