Job Description:
- Assist in reviewing drawings and performing accurate quantity take-offs.
- Support the preparation of Cost Estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Cost Plans, Pre-Tender Estimates (PTE), and Value Engineering proposals.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and updating material prices, rates, and cost databases.
- Support the preparation of tender and contract documents (FIDIC), including payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Assist with cost analysis, project cost reporting, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend project meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and carry out assigned tasks under the guidance of senior Quantity Surveyors.
- Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to achieving project objectives while meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Economics, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent English communication.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QS.
Skills & Attributes:
- Solid understanding of QS processes, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Ability to prepare BOQs, cost plans, and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in QS software and Microsoft Office.
