Job Description
Project Planning & Coordination
Assist the Project Director in project planning, scheduling, and reviewing project deliverables.
Coordinate with consultants to ensure designs and technical submissions meet requirements and authority regulations.
Support preparation of design guidelines, checklists, and project documentation.
Prepare and update Development Programs, project timelines, and management reports.
Consultant & Contractor Management
Support procurement activities including preparing tender documents, reviewing tender submissions, and participating in tender evaluation.
Assist in recommending and evaluating consultants and contractors during tendering phase.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Finance) to provide technical inputs.
Project Execution & Monitoring
Monitor site progress, quality, schedule, and cost; highlight issues and propose corrective actions to Project Director.
Conduct site inspections to ensure construction complies with design, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Assist in managing construction documentation, variation orders, and progress reports.
Support Project Director in ensuring projects are kept within approved budget and timeline.
Authority & Regulatory Responsibilities
Assist with authority submissions, documentation, and understanding regulatory processes.
Ensure project designs, materials, and equipment proposed comply with authority and company requirements.
Support the handling of inspections, permits, and regulatory approvals.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
Prepare meeting minutes, coordinate follow-ups, and support project issues resolution.
Provide updates to management on project progress and risks when required.
Maintain organized project documentation, data resource systems, and e filing.
Cross functional Support
Support S&M team on technical issues for customers and products.
Assist in attending and resolving customer complaints and feedback during construction or handover stages.
Quality, EHS & Compliance
Comply with and support implementation of:
Environmental Management System (ISO 14001)
Environment, Health & Safety Management System
Quality Management System requirements
Ensure contractors follow safety procedures and project environmental standards.
Manage and control EHS work on site.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural/MEP Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management from a recognized university.
35 years of relevant working experience in project coordination or construction; experience in high-rise development is an advantage.
Demonstrated understanding of building design, construction processes, authority requirements, and tender procedures.
Good technical knowledge of project planning, design coordination, and construction methodologies.
Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and related software; knowledge of project scheduling tools is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in demanding, multitasking environments.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently under guidance.
Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
