Job responsibilities:
- Support the team to ensure supplier quality & code compliance to policies and programs including C-TPAT counter-terrorism program and retailer or licensor specific requirements.
- Implement and monitor the licensor MA/FAMA policy and requirements, take lead to manage FAMA/MA task, ensure all information and documents in record.
- Monitor supplier Continuous Improvement Program, including onsite supports and supplier training programs.
- Provide assistance to the execution of the sustainability strategy and policy including but not limited to paper and energy policy.
- Supports Suppliers to complete their data submissions accurately and on time through an online platform and ensures their sustainability performance can meet with company's sustainability strategy & goals and customers requirement.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of working experience in ethical compliance.
- Good command of oral and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS office and data analysis software.
- Travelling in Vietnam and Southeast Asia countries is required
- Results oriented and hardworking team-player
- Able to build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners.
