Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist Procurement Manager in coordinating with Suppliers, Stores and other the relevant stakeholders (inside or outside of CAP department) to complete procurement activities in Head Office and all MMVN & B's Mart stores
  • To negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms and cost
  • To handle all start-to-end bidding transactions in terms of related field
  • To discover profitable vendors and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • To discover the best ways to reduce procurement expenses
  • To manage existing contracts and contract review
  • To experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Other tasks assigned by Procurement Manager or upper levels

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably knowledge or experience in:

- Construction & Technical or

- Security, Packaging & Operations.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience with strong sense of technical products and bidding process
  • Good knowledge in standards of quality systems
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capability and good in data/ figures
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Intermediate English level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office-communication system
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to earn respect and trust from peers, subordinates and external parties including governmental bodies and customers

WORK LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu - An Khanh New Residential, Binh Trung Ward, HCMC (District 2)

WORKING TIME: 8:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday
