Main Responsibilities:

  1. Procurement Strategy
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and analyze market trends.

2. Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve optimal value for the organization.
  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and resolve disputes or issues as needed.

3. Purchasing Operations

  • Manage day-to-day procurement activities, including issuing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and align with project timelines.

4. Cost Management

  • Analyze spending patterns and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Ensure procurement activities stay within budgetary constraints.

5. Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier interactions.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing procurement activities for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) or construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience in managing procurement teams and contract management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
