Location: Sala Residential Area, HCMC
This role combines operational coordination with strong IT understanding, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business operations to ensure service quality, process efficiency, and smooth client delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations across technical service teams (NOC, SOC, Technical Support, Infrastructure, etc.).
- Coordinate the onboarding and transition of new clients into the service pipeline, ensuring environments and operational requirements are properly aligned with internal teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and operations management to support issue escalation, service coordination, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of operational processes, documentation, workflows, and internal tools.
- Analyze operational and service data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in maintaining operational compliance and security standards, including ISO 27001 and SOC2.
Required Qualifications:
- From 3 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, Technical Coordination, or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fair communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
