Job Description

Position Summary:

The Systems Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of product setup and operational workflows across multiple retail programs. This role is critical to ensuring that all system inputs are completed correctly and on schedule to support production and on-time delivery. Success requires precision, speed, and accountability. Errors or delays directly impact costing, production timelines, and retailer commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Setup & Data Accuracy:

  • Execute accurate setup of styles, SKUs, and UPCs across internal and retailer PLM and ERP systems
  • Input and validate costing, size scales, pack configurations, and item attributes
  • Manage UPC creation and maintenance using GS1 (or similar) standards
  • Complete all setup within required timelines to support production deadlines

Operational Execution:

  • Track milestones from setup through shipment and ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify risks early and escalate immediately
  • Coordinate with account management, production, and logistics teams

System Integrity & Issue Resolution:

  • Monitor and maintain data accuracy across systems
  • Resolve discrepancies quickly and ensure updates are reflected across platforms

Process Discipline:

  • Follow standardized workflows and maintain documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Multi-Program Support:

  • Support multiple retail accounts simultaneously
  • Ensure all retailer-specific requirements are executed accurately and on time

Performance Expectations:

  • 100% accuracy in data entry and product setup
  • All deadlines met with no impact to production or shipment timelines
  • Immediate escalation of issues or risks
  • Ability to manage high-volume workload across multiple programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, data management, or merchandising support
  • Hands-on experience with PLM experience required
  • Experience with GS1, UPC creation, or similar product identification systems required
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
  • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
