Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for assigned sectors, including leasing transactions, investment transactions, occupier profiles, supply pipeline tracking, and project performance monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations and publications on specific industry topics to support business growth and thought leadership.
  • Engage in client-facing activities, including meetings and presentations, to deliver research insights and advisory recommendations.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to proposal development.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates across all research platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality research and advisory solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute relevant insights to enhance sector expertise.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in database management and familiarity with property or industry research tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • >4y experience in real estate research, analytics, or advisory is preferred.
