Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Leading the operation support to handle in-house systems support and problem solving for end-users
  • Responsible for first line IT operation & infrastructure problem analysis & solution identification, and assignment to corresponding parties
  • Lead regular review on support issues for operation improvements
  • Work with direct manager to define SOP on IT operation process
  • Assist on system & database integration and administration
  • Prepare system documents, including functional specification, technical specification, user manual, user training and etc.
  • Conduct system testing with testing team for software applications
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
  • 4-5 year hands-on experience in software application support and maintenance
  • With prior experiences in Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft .NET development framework will be a definite advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to be a team player
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, problem solving skills, self-motivated and proactive
  • Able to work under pressure to handle multi-tasks effectively and independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
  • Experience in Trading or Garment industry is an advantage
