We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant Manager to support our growing operations in Phú Quốc, Vietnam. This role is ideal for an HR professional with a strong hospitality background who is passionate about people, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations across multiple hospitality outlets.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate employee relations and performance management initiatives.
• Support learning and development programs.
• Maintain HR records and reporting.
• Partner with department heads on workforce planning.
• Promote employee engagement and company culture.

Ideal Candidate

• 4-6 years of HR experience within hospitality.
• Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multicultural teams.
