We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Finance/ Accounting services. This full-time position is based in HCMC, Vietnam, allowing you to learn and to become a part of our journey to make a significant impact to Vietnam office operation and its growth.

Job Descriptions

• Oversee day-to-day tasks of accounting, tax, and financial compliance
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and alignment with international standards (e.g., IFRS).
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Assist in coaching and guiding team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure statutory filings, tax obligations, and reporting deadlines are met accurately and on time.
• Keep updated on regulatory changes and advise on potential impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (professional service industry is a plus)
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations, with strong understanding and practical experience in applying IFRS.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
