Summary
The Assistant Manager – Lobby Lounge is responsible for managing the overall operations of the lounge, serving as both a business leader and marketing strategist. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, compliance with hotel standards, and achievement of financial goals. In addition, the Assistant Manager supports the preparation and ongoing review of the Food & Beverage Department budget, working closely with the Director of Food & Beverage Operations to meet targets and maintain effective cost control
Qualifications
- Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel Food & Beverage, including at least 1 years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
- Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptable and responsive to change in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrates strong initiative.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
