Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ph Quc for an Assistant HR Manager. The Assistant HR Manager will manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, compliance, and employee relations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, supporting employee development initiatives, resolving workplace issues, maintaining employee records, and assisting in performance evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
