Summary
- Oversees housekeeping operations, including inventory management of guest supplies, linen, amenities, and uniforms, while ensuring cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and staff accommodations.
- Coordinates with vendors and contractors for services such as pest control and floral arrangements, ensures lost-and-found procedures are properly followed.
- Conducts regular inspections with relevant departments to maintain room standards, especially for VIPs and long-stay guests.
- Works collaboratively across departments to uphold brand standards, implement service enhancements, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar managerial role at an international branded hotel.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving and administrative skills, and high competency in Microsoft Office.
