Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager at ULA RESORT GLAMPING, located in Binh Phuoc City. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day activities, supervising team performance, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards. The role also involves assisting the General Manager in meeting financial and operational goals and implementing strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and team coordination
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality operations and knowledge of resort or recreational business management
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing environments
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
