Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Sapa. In this role, you will support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth guest check-ins and check-outs, maintaining high service standards, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. You will assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with operational policies. The Assistant Front Office Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination that enhances the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in team management, scheduling, and staff training
  • Knowledge of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and reservation systems
  • Proficiency in computer systems and office management tools
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Familiarity with hospitality and hotel management principles
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar managerial role in the hospitality industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
