Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Net revenue forecasting: Partner with business teams to prepare, review and monitor revenue forecasts, and support actions to improve business performance.
• Finance controlling and working capital management: Supervise Leo Agency's month-end closing, revenue recognition, project costs control and reconciliations, billing and job closure follow-ups with business teams.
• Commercial governance and contract support: review and support fee proposals, commercial terms and contract templates from a finance perspective.
• Reporting, analysis and variance explanation: Ensure management reporting is accurate and timely, with clear explanation of key variances and required follow-up actions.
• Internal control: partner with Finance Operations Lead and business stakeholders to strengthen financial internal control policies and processes, providing finance controlling input and Agency-specific guidance. Support effective communication, training and roll-out to Finance and business teams to promote consistent compliance with Publicis Groupe policies, IFRS, VAS and client audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or related disciplines
• 7+ years of relevant experience in finance controlling, commercial finance, procurement, management reporting or finance operations supervision
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate financial data into practical business recommendations
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and solid MS Office skills
• Experience with SAP, ERP, Oracle HFM or Power Query is a plus
