- 依秒表法量测产线作业工时, 符合作业现况, 并作为合理排站及ECRS依据.
- 修改&控管发行量产机种SOP与标准文件及产线作业一致, 作为OP作业动作依据.
- 修改试产SOP,满足机种试产需求.
- 设置SFCS /Oracle Routing及异常处理., 满足生产需求.
- 制作机种第一次试产的SOP, 满足机种试产需求.
