  • Lead, Define and execute the overall distribution capability strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Develop competency frameworks for agents, leaders, BD+ and DT
  • Design and implement onboarding, upskilling, and leadership development programs
  • Standardize training curriculum, tools, and delivery methods
  • Strengthen agency sales capabilities and improve productivity
  • Enhance recruitment and team-building capabilities
  • Establish governance framework for training quality assurance
  • Define KPIs and measure training effectiveness and business impact
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Sales Leaders
  • Lead and develop the DCD team
  • Submit Periodic report to Department Head on progress, result and projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 10+ years in Sales, Distribution, Training, or Capability Development
  • Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
  • Proven track record in capability development or transformation
  • Strong understanding of agency/distribution models
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
