Job Purpose
We are looking for a Laboratory Chemist to support technical projects, conduct experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory & Technical Work
- Plan and conduct laboratory experiments in compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Apply appropriate experimental and analytical techniques for color development and product testing
- Analyze and interpret experimental data, presenting results in clear and structured formats
- Identify abnormalities and propose improvements during experiments
Cross-functional Support
- Provide technical support to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams
- Support color matching and sample preparation for sales activities
- Conduct benchmarking against competitors products to evaluate market competitiveness
HSES (Health, Safety, Environment & Security)
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized laboratory environment
Key Outcomes
- Timely delivery of technical projects
- Accurate data analysis and reporting
- Improved efficiency in sales and operational support
- Safe working environment with minimal incidents
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent
Experience:
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good laboratory and experimental skills
- Basic knowledge of color matching and evaluation is a plus
- Good project and time management skills
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across functions
