Job Purpose
As the Assistant Channel Manager, you are responsible for supporting the development and deployment of sell-out tools and execution strategies in the Traditional Off-Trade (TOFT) channel. This role plays a key part in bridging brand plans and channel strategy with field execution. You will lead the coordination of activation tools, track sell-out performance, and manage the Activation Team to ensure impactful market presence and shopper conversion at the point of sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand and commercial plans into channel-relevant visibility and activation toolkits.
- Develop tracking tools to monitor deployment efficiency and outlet coverage.
- Analyze sell-out performance data and activation ROI to refine toolkits and promotions.
- Identify regional customization needs based on outlet segmentation and shopper behavior.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to gather feedback and co-develop activation mechanics.
- Keep a pulse on shopper behavior and segment partner trends to ensure relevance and impact of TOFT programs
- Contribute channel-level inputs to the ICP process by identifying key opportunities, barriers, and possible action plans for each priority channel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or related fields.
- Experienced in FMCG in Trade Marketing or FMCG Sales
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
- Strong understanding of Traditional Trade execution and outlet operations.
- Good analytical and presentation skills
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good command in English both spoken & written
- Must be creative and results orientated.
