In conjunction with Alchemy senior management and the Brand Owner, develop and execute plans and initiatives in line with brand strategy. Acting as a lead of Category, having a chance to explore the holistic view of market and direct competitors, and provide the appropriate monthly report of Category & Competitor Tracking
Manage & develop the Brand Programs, Events, and Digital plan, as well as budget and claims of the entire group business.
Manage and take responsibility for your marketing resources including direct reports, the internal shared services team, agencies, and other associated functions.
Work directly with the Brand Owner and Alchemy management to deliver reporting, strategy and financial outcomes as planned.
Source and manage marketing and PR agencies or hire talent where appropriate.
Find and engage cost efficiencies to maximize use of resources.
Collaborate with Alchemy's senior management, sales, and finance teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
As we exist in an ATL dark market with already well-defined brand strategies by our Brand Owners the role is very much execution and customer marketing focused.
Plan and analyze events, launches, and other marketing activity and ensure due process for reporting on performance.
With your team develop look and feel of brands in both the on and off premise environments and execute the implementation of merchandising (through production agencies)
Develops relationships with marketing and communication agencies and media to assist in developing opportunities.
Analyze consumer, trade channel and category trends to identify future sources of growth for your portfolio.
Develop pricing & pack strategies, improve margin mix, trade spending plans and distribution goals to develop actionable KPI's.
Conduct analysis and periodical reviews of the brand, competitive, category, customer, and consumer trends to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance.
Support channel marketing and sales in category management and sales presentations including significant time in field.
Work with key internal stakeholders (sales, finance, regional managers) and our brand owner to assist in executing brand strategy and undertaking reviews.
KPI's
Brand plan/activities- ensure delivery and execution of the plan for all key brands (50%)
Channel related activations/ Marketing Trade Programs (30%)

PERSONAL SPECS
BA/BS degree in Business Administration/ Marketing.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 3 - 4 years of marketing experience with international FMCG (Dark Market experience is a plus)
Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients.
Knowledge of wines & spirits, insights of FMCG/drinks/F&B industry is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and flexibly, Excellent teamwork skills.
Organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work.
Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
