Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio Oversight & Performance Management
  • Oversee high-level performance trends, key KPIs, and overall system reliability across the portfolio.
  • Review consolidated data and highlight underperformance for engineers and contractors to address.
  • Approve monthly/quarterly asset performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Contractor Management

  • Manage and evaluate O&M service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, safety standards, and maintenance plans.
  • Review corrective actions, incident handling, and quality of preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee warranty claims, spare parts usage, and long-term equipment reliability.

3. Compliance, Safety & Risk Management

  • Ensure asset compliance with EVN requirements, electrical codes, firefighting, environment and other safety regulations.
  • Validate documentation related to HSE, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Identify portfolio-level risks and propose mitigation strategies.

4. Customer & Contract Management

  • Maintain relationships with host facilities and corporate clients.
  • Oversee compliance with PPAs, roof lease agreements, and operational obligations.
  • Support audits, inspections, and client reporting requirements.

5. Budgeting, Planning & Optimization

  • Prepare annual O&M budget and investment plan for upgrades or replacements.
  • Assess long-term performance trends and propose technical/commercial improvements.
  • Lead the digital transformation of operations, adopt an asset management platform that empowers data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor operational costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

6. Team Leadership & Internal Coordination

  • Lead and develop the Asset Management Team.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and review deliverables from engineers and coordinators.
  • Coordinate with Technical, Finance, and Project teams on cross-functional activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in solar/power asset management or operations.

Strong understanding of PV system performance, lifecycle planning, and O&M standards.

Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel to sites when necessary.
