Description:

We are seeking up to 5 ASIC Project Manager to manage, direct and execute major ASIC product development projects. Project Management include planning and taking care of all the required milestones and deliverables, working closely with several service domain such as Design, Manufacturing, Substrate Design, Assembly, Test etc.

This role must work closely with RD teams located in Taiwan, USA, Singapore and Vietnam to drive Faraday's fast-paced, technology-driven revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the development and delivery of Advanced FinFET ASIC projects, focusing on SOC RTL Integration, RTL Verification and Physical Implementation
2. Lead cross-functional teams and define project milestone with RD and Customers
3. Identify resources, manage risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
4. Drive process improvements and team best practices
5. Collaborate on pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support
6. Provide regular status update to management and customers

Qualifications:

• Min 10+ years in IC Design RD role with proven performance
• Prefer candidate with strong knowledge of IC Design and ASIC development
• Project leadership experience in a high-tech environment
• Proven track record in leading a high-performance team
• Expertise in risk and change management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
