Role Overview
Job Title:ASIC Design & Verification Mentor / Physical Design Mentor
Employment Type: Part-time

Location: Vietnam (Remote-friendly)
Experience Required:3+ years onwards
Learners: Vietnamese
What You'll Do (Mentor Responsibilities)
- Mentor learners on digital ASIC design fundamentals, best practices, and real-world workflows
- Guide learners through RTL design using Verilog/System Verilog, coding techniques, and debugging
- Support understanding of verification methodologies (UVM) and testbench development
- For backend-focused mentors, guide Physical Design flow.
- Share industry insightstools, flows, common pitfalls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Help learners build confidence in ASIC design, verification, and problem-solving
- Collaborate with our internal team to continuously improve the learning experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Strong hands-on experience in ASIC design flow
- Proficiency in Verilog / SystemVerilog
- Experience with UVM-based verification
- Hands-on exposure to Physical Design (Cadence Innovus preferred)
- Familiarity with manufacturing considerations in ASIC design
- Experience with Cadence / Synopsys tools
- Patience, clear communication, and a genuine passion for teaching
- Ability to commit a few flexible hours per week
