The Asia Corporate Customer Planner is a team leader role accountable for leading, training, and developing the Customer Planner team to achieve the company's common sales and stock targets. The role is responsible for the team's performance, handling complex escalations, and ensuring consistent service quality, while collaborating closely with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

* Position responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Customer Planner team, setting clear targets aligned with sales and stock goals
- Oversee daily operations, workload allocation, and handle escalated customer issues
- Ensure timely and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Monitor demand, sales performance, and inventory; coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to meet targets
- Review production and supply plans, ensuring alignment with weekly delivery commitments
- Prepare and track key reports (delivery forecast, sales, demand variation, inventory risks)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve customer service performance
- Manage customer demand changes and delivery status while minimizing operational costs
- Develop team capability through onboarding, training, and performance management
- Support other tasks assigned by the Manager.
* Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor/Master's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Management, International Trade or other related fields
- Experience: 3 years in customer service role
