About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Industry Mentor to deliver a LIVE, mentor-led AI / ML / Deep Learning & Generative AI Foundation Training Programme As an External Mentor, you will help learners understand how AI is applied across real-world use cases such as credit risk, fraud detection, customer analytics, NLP, and GenAI-powered workflows. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and translating complex AI concepts into practical, business-relevant insights. This is a flexible, hourly-paid opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

● Deliver LIVE online training sessions covering AI, ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI fundamentals with a strong banking focus

● Explain AI concepts using real-world banking use cases such as credit scoring, fraud detection, AML, customer segmentation, and compliance

● Conduct hands-on activities, quizzes, case studies, and simulated scenarios during sessions

● Guide learners through capstone projects including credit risk modeling, fraud detection engines, NLP assistants, and GenAI workflows

● Support learners with model interpretation, explainability (SHAP/LIME), and regulatory-friendly reporting ● Participate in pre- and post-assessments and provide structured feedback on learner performance

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields

● 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML or Data Science

● Strong foundation in: ○ Machine Learning (Logistic Regression, Tree-based models, Clustering) ○ Deep Learning (MLP, Autoencoders, TensorFlow / Keras / PyTorch) ○ NLP techniques (TF-IDF, embeddings, text classification) ○ Generative AI & LLM concepts (Prompt Engineering, RAG basics, LangChain overview) ○ Model evaluation & explainability (AUC, KS, Gini, SHAP)

● Exposure to model deployment concepts (FastAPI, batch scoring, monitoring, drift) is a plus

● Prior experience in mentoring, training, or technical coaching preferred

● Excellent communication skills with a learner-centric mindset
