Remote AI Developer / Automation Specialist
Work From Home | Full-Time or Contract
We're looking for a highly skilled AI Developer / Automation Engineer to join our growing team and help build real-world AI automations for industries like recruitment, travel, outsourcing, staffing, and customer service.
This is not a theoretical AI role.
We want someone who has already built multiple automations, AI workflows, and LLM-powered systems that solve business problems and improve operations.
You'll work on cutting-edge AI projects using tools like OpenAI, Claude, AI agents, workflow automations, APIs, and modern AI stacks.
What You'll Be Working On
- Building AI automations for recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, and travel companies
- Creating AI agents and workflows that reduce manual tasks
- Connecting APIs, CRMs, databases, and communication tools
- Building outbound automation systems for lead generation and sales
- Developing AI-powered chatbots, assistants, and internal tools
- Creating AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude, and other modern LLMs
- Integrating systems like HubSpot, Instantly, LinkedIn, Slack, Gmail, Twilio, etc.
- Working with automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or custom workflows
- Optimizing prompts, AI responses, and automation logic
- Helping businesses save time, reduce costs, and improve productivity using AI
Requirements
- Proven experience building AI automations and workflows
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, and modern LLMs
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration
- Experience with tools like:
- n8n
- Strong backend development skills
- Experience with Python, Node.js, or FastAPI
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Ability to build scalable AI systems from idea to deployment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
