This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Art Director will oversee creative direction, lead branding initiatives, and develop compelling visual content while ensuring alignment with the company's values and vision. Tasks include managing art and design projects, collaborating with teams to develop graphic materials, and providing guidance to ensure cohesive aesthetics across all brand assets. The role requires a focus on both innovation and consistent excellence in design.

• Proficiency in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and the ability to lead a team to conceptualize and execute innovative ideas.
• Strong expertise in Branding, with experience in creating cohesive brand experiences and visual identities.
• Advanced skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
• Proven track record of managing creative projects from conception to completion, with a strong eye for detail and quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fashion, technology, or consumer product industries is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong design aesthetic and previous work in branding and art direction.
