Our client is a leading real estate company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across various workspace models such as private offices, collaborative coworking environments, and remote office services.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients, conduct site tours, and close sales opportunities.
- Deliver daily performance against individual and team sales targets.
- Effectively present the benefits of hybrid working solutions to prospective clients.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to deals by managing the entire sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Experience) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Provide accurate market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; backgrounds in workspace solutions, real estate, hospitality, banking, insurance, education or service industries are highly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet targets and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communication style and strong influencing skills, especially with decision-makers.
- High levels of energy, drive, and self-motivation to pursue leads proactively.
- A team player mindset with strong interpersonal skills and client focus.
- Resilience and mental toughness—you're not discouraged by rejection and bounce back quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Good English communication.
