Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. The role involves regular communication with healthcare professionals and business partners, conducting product demonstrations, providing training, and organize marketing events.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery and meeting customer needs is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Proven experience within the medical devices or healthcare industry, particularly with products like patient monitoring systems, ventilators, or similar equipment.
  • Technical knowledge of medical equipment and the ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide training.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and identification of business opportunities in the healthcare sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and goal-driven environment.
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both spoken and written, for effective communication.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, or a relevant field is highly preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
