1. Business & Marketing Planning and Execution for Managed Stores
- Establish revenue targets for stores in the assigned region (quarterly/monthly/weekly/daily) based on assigned sales objectives.
- Monitor and drive the implementation of business and merchandise plans in line with store targets, proposing solutions for operational issues as they arise.
- Oversee complaint resolution at stores and address escalated complaints beyond the Store Manager's authority.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints/feedback, ensuring a balance of interests for all parties.
- Maintain regular coordination with other regions regarding sales performance and inventory status.
- Propose, coordinate, and monitor marketing initiatives for stores within the region.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, including Sales Consultants appearance (uniforms, professionalism) and store presentation (displays, cleanliness, lighting, and sound).
2. Staff Management, Supervision & Developmen

- .Organize and participate in monthly and ad-hoc store meetings to identify operational challenges and propose corrective/preventive actions
- .Develop incentive programs for Sales Consultants and Store Managers to drive sales, foster teamwork, and reinforce company culture
