We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to join our team. Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory.
- Manage, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective promotional campaigns and product launches.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as an Area Sales Manager (or in a similar managerial role) within the FMCG industry, specifically focusing on the General Trade (GT) channel in Ho Chi Minh City area.
- Core Competencies: Strong expertise and deep knowledge of sales processes, strategic sales planning, and sales management systems (DMS, CRM, etc.).
- Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading, mentoring, and driving performance for a large team of 10 + Sales Supervisors (SS).
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree required (with the original degree certificate available for verification).
