Purpose
Manage and coordinate teams of promoters across CellphoneS stores in the assigned region to drive installment transactions through Kredivo, increase brand presence at point-of-sale, and ensure high-quality customer consultation. This is a key role in Kredivo's plan to scale the Promoter program nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Directly manage, coach, and supervise a team of promoters (up to 30) across CPS stores in the region.
- Sales Targets: Own the region's Kredivo installment transaction volume (GMV/TRX); track, analyze, and optimize performance at the store level.
- Operational Execution: Ensure promoters follow Kredivo's sales process, consultation scripts, and in-store merchandising standards.
- Recruitment & Team Building: Proactively recruit promoters through personal networks and hiring channels to accelerate store coverage.
- Training & Capability Building: Run onboarding, product/process training, and sales-skill coaching for promoters.
- Partner Coordination: Work with CPS store managers to ensure smooth collaboration at the point of sale.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on regional performance, pipeline, and improvement recommendations to the BD Lead.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales / sales-team management, preferably in consumer electronics / mobile retail/consumer finance / FMCG.
- Management Capability: Experience at the RSM (Regional Sales Manager) level or equivalent — having managed multi-store field sales/promoter teams.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with and an established network in the assigned region (Mekong Delta or Southeast & Central Highlands).
- Skills: Team leadership, KPI-based management, coaching, communication, and on-the-ground problem solving.
- Data-Driven: Able to read, analyze sales reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently between stores within the region.
- Preferred: An existing promoter network for fast recruitment; prior work with major retail chains (TGDĐ, FPT Shop, CellphoneS, Điện Máy Xanh, etc.).
