GroupGSA is searching for passionate and talented Architects/ Interior Designers to join our expanding Ho Chi Minh City studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Lead Designers to develop and translate conceptual designs into detailed documentation.
- Support all design stages with a strong focus on technical drawing, design coordination, and Revit modeling.
- Produce high-quality design documentation, including drawings, plans, and schedules, using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models to support all stages of project delivery.
- Coordinate and produce comprehensive drawing sets for DA, Tender, and Construction stages.
- Understand and apply relevant Building Codes and Regulations in documentation.
- Contribute proactively to a collaborative, cross-border studio culture while maintaining accountability and ownership of your work.
- Mentor and guide junior architects within the Vietnam team, providing technical training and design development support.
- Foster a culture of learning and collaboration by sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth among junior staff.
- Engage in English language development for effective international team collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
- This position is open to Vietnamese citizens only
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency with Revit
- Solid understanding of design standards and documentation processes.
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong passion for architecture/ ID and keen attention to detail.
