GroupGSA is searching for passionate and talented Architects to join our expanding Ho Chi Minh City studio.

At GroupGSA, we are a leading multi-disciplinary design practice with a reputation for creating innovative and sustainable spaces. Our Ho Chi Minh City studio is a vibrant hub of over 60 dedicated professionals, and we're looking for new talent to contribute to our legacy of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Lead Designers in Australia to develop and translate conceptual designs into detailed documentation.

• Support all design stages with a strong focus on technical drawing, design coordination, and Revit modelling.

• Produce high-quality design documentation, including drawings, plans, and schedules, using Autodesk Revit.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D Building Information Models to support all stages of project delivery.

• Coordinate and produce comprehensive drawing sets for DA, Tender, and Construction stages.

• Understand and apply relevant Australian Building Codes and Regulations in documentation.

• Contribute proactively to a collaborative, cross-border studio culture while maintaining accountability and ownership of your work.

• Mentor and guide junior architects within the Vietnam team, providing technical training and design development support.

• Foster a culture of learning and collaboration by sharing knowledge and encouraging professional growth among junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and technical documentation.

• Knowledge of Australian Building Codes is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience across hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.

• Good spoken and written English communication skills
