• Create high-quality 3D architectural and interior renderings with strong aesthetics, creativity, and practicality.
• Collect and analyze client requirements; conduct site surveys; develop functional layouts; generate design concepts and produce detailed drawings.
• Propose innovative design solutions, staying updated with trends to deliver fresh and distinctive products.
• Collaborate with design, technical, and construction teams to ensure project quality and deadlines.
• Take full responsibility for design deliverables and complete tasks on schedule.

• Graduate from College/University or specialized training centers in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Proven experience in design with strong 3D visualization and spatial thinking skills.
• Proficient in professional software: 3DS Max, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop...
• Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with resilience under pressure.
• Portfolio submission is required with the CV (design works or previous projects).
