We are looking for an AR/AP & Treasury Accountant to support end-to-end payment operations, accounts receivable and payable processes, cash management, and financial reporting in a multinational manufacturing environment.

This role works closely with suppliers, banks, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate transactions, healthy cash flow, timely vendor payments, and compliance with internal controls and accounting regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment scheduling.
  • Support Accounts Receivable activities, including shipment recognition, billing, customer account reconciliation, and monthly sales reporting.
  • Handle treasury-related operations such as bank transfers, petty cash management, cash forecasting, and bank reconciliations.
  • Record and maintain AP, AR, GL, and cash transactions accurately in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and internal departments to resolve payment and accounting issues promptly.
  • Prepare AP, AR, cash, and statistical reports while maintaining complete and organized financial documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing reconciliations and required accounting documents.
  • Continuously improve payment processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, or General Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Glovia, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of payment processing, cash management, bank operations, AP/AR reconciliation, and financial controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Intermediate English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with suppliers, banks, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
