Perform and monitor the vendor's Booking/ Documents in daily work upon the assignment from Customer service Supervisor/Team Leader, ensure smooth and consistent operations of service required by Customers
Execute and adhere to customer service requirements from LPs/FAPs.
Achieve excellence service through internal/external KPIs
Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to Customer Service Team Lead / Supervisor when there is potential cost impact.
Qualifications
University Degree, preferably majoring in Economic, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain / Logistics or related majors.
Knowledge in foreign trade, logistics management and other supply chain-related services.
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently
