About the Company:
We are a customer-focused fencing business based in Toronto, Canada. Our local presence in Nng helps manage customer communications and appointment scheduling. We are hiring a friendly and organizedAppointment Setterto support our sales and customer service operations remotely.
Role Summary:
You will handle inbound and outbound customer communications to book and manage appointments for fencing estimates. You will communicate with Canadian customers via phone, SMS, and email and maintain accurate records in our CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to inbound inquiries and schedule appointments with potential customers.
* Follow up with leads via phone and text.
* Use CRM tools to log interactions and update customer status.
* Collaborate with the sales team in Canada to coordinate scheduling.
* Send appointment reminders and confirmation messages.
Qualifications:
* Fluent spoken and written English (accent-neutral preferred).
* 1+ year experience in customer service, telesales, or virtual assistant roles.
* Comfortable making and receiving phone calls.
* Familiar with using CRM tools and messaging platforms.
* Self-motivated and available to work Eastern Standard Time night shifts (Vietnam local time).
Work Schedule:Fixed EST hours (9 AM9 PM EST split into shifts). 6 days per week with hybrid in-office/remote flexibility after onboarding.
Compensation:Base salary: depending on experience + performance bonuses
