This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a strong technical foundation who are eager to start a career in B2B sales. You will learn the industry by providing essential support to our experienced sales team, focusing on the technical application of our adhesive products in customer manufacturing environments.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the sales team in identifying new industrial customers and researching market opportunities.
- Process and manage product sample requests and prepare introductory sales documents.
- Attend customer factory visits to observe and support on-site product testing and diagnose application issues.
- Accurately record and document customer feedback and technical testing data for the R&D team's review.
- Help maintain and update customer data in the CRM system and support the tracking of sales metrics.
- Prepare clear daily reports on learning activities, field visits, and sales support tasks.
- Assist in tracking the status of customer receivables/debt collection.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be proactive, highly responsible, eager to learn, and possess a strong commercial mindset.
- Strong ability to read and understand simple English technical documents.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be ready for frequent travel and business trips with the senior sales team.
**Salary: Starting from 5M VND/month (Gross) onwards + competitive sales commission (upon achieving targets).
