This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a strong technical background in chemistry who want to build a career in technical sales and applications. You will work as the link between our adhesive products and customer manufacturing processes, providing essential support to the senior sales team and learning to solve technical challenges in the field.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying new industrial customers and researching market growth opportunities
- Support the full sales process by preparing product introductions and technical documentation
- Manage and process product sample requests for potential and existing clients
- Attend customer factory visits to observe, support, and conduct on-site product testing
- Assist in diagnosing application issues and recording technical data for the R&D team
- Coordinate with R&D to provide customer feedback for specific formula improvements
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) and track sales performance metrics
- Prepare clear daily and weekly reports on field visits and technical testing results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of technical experience
- Strong ability to read and understand English technical documents
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn technical sales and application methods
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ready for frequent travel and business trips to customer manufacturing sites
