In order to support our business we are looking for an Application Engineer.
Position Summary:
- This position will be responsible for Textile application support, including but not limited to installation and training, after-sales support in Vietnam.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation and training of QC , Color matching system for textile customers
- Pre-sales , after-sales support for sales team
- Service contract promotion and sales for both COW and renewal
- Telephone , email and remote support for Software and application inquiries
Experience & Qualifications:
You have:
- Experience in dyeing and finishing mill as colorist or related technician would be preferred
- Experience in computer color quality control or matching system would be value added
- Reasonable English capability in reading , writing and conversation
- Basic knowledge and skill of computer , Windows , Office
- Capability and flexibility in travel
Location: HCMC or Hanoi
